transactions directly with one another

connection with mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or asset sales
Listings, profile information, and other content voluntarily submitted by users may be visible to other
users of the platform.
Payments occur solely between users. Thrift Globe does not hold funds, process payments, provide
escrow services, issue refunds, reverse payments, or guarantee payment collection
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information; however, no electronic system can
guarantee complete security
Users may request access to their information, request corrections, update account information, or
request account deletion where permitted by law
The platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18
