Thrift Globe is an online marketplace platform that allows users to connect with one another to buy,
sell, trade, and communicate regarding secondhand and pre-owned items
Thrift Globe acts solely as a venue that allows users to connect. Thrift Globe is not a buyer, seller,
merchant, broker, agent, payment processor, escrow service, shipping provider, or participant in
any transaction conducted between users
Users are solely responsible for evaluating listings, verifying information, communicating with other
users, arranging payment, arranging shipping, negotiating terms, and completing transactions
Any dispute arising between users is solely the responsibility of those users. Thrift Globe has no
obligation to investigate, mediate, arbitrate, negotiate, or resolve disputes involving payments,
refunds, returns, exchanges, damaged goods, lost packages, authenticity, item condition,
misrepresentation, delivery delays, or any other transaction-related matter.
Payments occur solely between users. Thrift Globe does not hold funds, process payments, provide
escrow services, issue refunds, reverse payments, or guarantee payment collection
Thrift Globe does not verify the authenticity, ownership, legality, quality, safety, condition, origin, or
accuracy of any item listed on the platform
Users acknowledge and accept all risks associated with buying, selling, trading, shipping, receiving,
or otherwise transacting through the platform.
Users may not engage in fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, harassment, intellectual property
infringement, deceptive listings, or any conduct that violates applicable law
Thrift Globe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts or listings at its
sole discretion
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrift Globe and its owners, officers, employees, contractors,
and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or
exemplary damages arising from use of the platform
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thrift Globe and its affiliates from any claims,
losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal fees arising from user conduct, listings, transactions,
or violations of these Terms.
Thrift Globe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes
acceptance of any revised Terms
